Cancellation & Refund Policy – SACHIN DISTRIBUTORS

SACHIN DISTRIBUTORS believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has therefore adopted a liberal cancellation policy. The details are as follows:

1. Order Cancellations

  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made before shipping.

  • However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the order has already been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the shipping process.

2. Refunds & Replacements

  • Refund or replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of the product delivered is not good.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

  • In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report the issue to our Customer Service Team.

  • The request will be entertained once the merchant has checked and confirmed the issue at their end.

  • This should be reported before shipping.

4. Product Not as Expected

  • If you feel that the product received is not as shown on the website or does not meet your expectations, you must notify our Customer Service Team before shipping.

  • After reviewing your complaint, the Customer Service Team will take an appropriate decision.

5. Products with Manufacturer Warranty

  • For products that come with a manufacturer’s warranty, please refer the issue directly to the manufacturer.

6. Refund Processing Time

  • In case a refund is approved by SACHIN DISTRIBUTORS, it will take 6–8 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
