Cancellation & Refund Policy – SACHIN DISTRIBUTORS
SACHIN DISTRIBUTORS believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has therefore adopted a liberal cancellation policy. The details are as follows:
1. Order Cancellations

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made before shipping.

However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the order has already been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the shipping process.
2. Refunds & Replacements

Refund or replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of the product delivered is not good.
3. Damaged or Defective Products

In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report the issue to our Customer Service Team.

The request will be entertained once the merchant has checked and confirmed the issue at their end.

This should be reported before shipping.
4. Product Not as Expected

If you feel that the product received is not as shown on the website or does not meet your expectations, you must notify our Customer Service Team before shipping.

After reviewing your complaint, the Customer Service Team will take an appropriate decision.
5. Products with Manufacturer Warranty

For products that come with a manufacturer’s warranty, please refer the issue directly to the manufacturer.
6. Refund Processing Time

In case a refund is approved by SACHIN DISTRIBUTORS, it will take 6–8 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
